1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph13 Casino ("ph13," "we," "us," "our"), operating the website https://ph13.cam and related services. By accessing, registering for, or using the ph13 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of ph13 services and refrain from creating an account or placing wagers. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use ph13 services. This age requirement aligns with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ph13 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in your account.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

ph13 services are intended exclusively for users physically located in the Philippines. You represent that you are not accessing ph13 from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ph13 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. ph13 shall not be liable for any illegal or unauthorized use of our services.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a ph13 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You may only maintain one account with ph13. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

2.4 Account Verification

ph13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to complete verification procedures may result in restrictions on account functionality, including inability to withdraw funds. All verification documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ph13 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) currency. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph13 account are legitimate, derived from legal sources, and that you have legal authority to use such funds for gaming purposes. ph13 reserves the right to refuse deposits or return deposited funds if we reasonably suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time through your account dashboard. ph13 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawals to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Manila time). Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your financial institution. ph13 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests or where fraud is suspected. There are no withdrawal fees charged by ph13, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits that have not been wagered cannot be withdrawn. A minimum wagering requirement of one times (1x) the deposit amount applies to all deposits before withdrawal requests will be processed. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure our services are used for their intended gaming purpose. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered inactive. ph13 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200) per month on inactive accounts with balances exceeding ₱500. You will be notified via email before any such fees are applied. To prevent your account from becoming inactive, simply log in at least once per twelve-month period.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All games provided on the ph13 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. You agree to use ph13 services for entertainment purposes only and to conduct all gaming activities in good faith. The use of automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place wagers or manipulate gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms: (a) creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account; (b) colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or engage in chip dumping; (c) exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities; (d) using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other means to disguise your location; (e) engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent promotional activity; (f) conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity; (g) providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification; (h) chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, game error, or communication failure, all affected wagers will be void. ph13 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, network interruptions, or game provider errors. In the event of a malfunction affecting game outcomes, ph13 will endeavor to restore correct balances but reserves the right to void affected wagers where restoration is not possible. Players are advised to report suspected malfunctions immediately through customer support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph13 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms supplement and form part of these general Terms and Conditions. ph13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity we deem to be bonus abuse, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered according to stated requirements before associated winnings become withdrawable. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Players who repeatedly deposit and withdraw without placing substantial wagers may be excluded from future bonus offers. ph13 reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph13 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ph13 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The ph13 brand name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph13. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph13 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from ph13 except as incidental to normal web browsing. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of ph13 services or content, any collection and use of game information or descriptions, any derivative use of ph13 services or content, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph13, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use ph13 services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on ph13; (c) any content obtained from ph13; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to ph13 services.

In no event shall ph13's aggregate liability exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. You specifically acknowledge that ph13 is not liable for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties, and that the risk of injury from such conduct rests entirely with you.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Manila, Philippines.

If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 of the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Manila, Philippines, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph13 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your ph13 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your entire account balance, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. ph13 reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, multiple account creation, use of automated betting systems, providing false information, failure to complete verification procedures, or extended period of inactivity.

In the event of account closure by ph13 for violation of these Terms, you forfeit any remaining account balance, pending winnings, and accrued loyalty points. Where account closure results from our decision rather than breach of Terms by you, your account balance will be returned following deduction of any applicable fees and resolution of any pending matters. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to ph13. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using ph13 services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph13 concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to such subject matter.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by ph13 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by ph13 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without ph13's prior written consent. ph13 may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

12.5 Force Majeure

ph13 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
